Hot Shots Curling Update – Feb 5, 2022

Hot Shot Curlers,

You will note I am attaching a few files for your review.

• 1) Hot Shot Teams for this year, in case you were wondering…okay what was his/her name, kind of a cheat sheet. ?
  2) 2021-2022 Schedule, which now includes the Play off Schedule.
  • a. A and B pool round robin format. In the event of a tie for points, we first will look at the result of the teams that tied to determine overall winner and if they tied, the total spread in points scored. Lastly it will be by an arm wrestle between a choose player from each team. ?
• 3) We are looking for volunteers for the upcoming season. Please let me know if you are interested in any of the following:
  • a. President
    b. Treasurer
    c. Social Committee
    d. Hogs Co-ordinator and collector
    e. 50/50 ticket sales
    f. Spares Capitan.

Please let me know if you are willing to put your name forward for this coming season.

• 4) Offseason Event: Our Social Committee (Kathy and Eldon) will look into a weekend camping event in June 2022 for those who are interested. John has an idea of combining that with some golfing possibly as some places have golf courses at the site or close by. I suspect some of you are more interested in a campground that has its own liquor store, but I’m not judging.
