Hello Curlers!
Just a quick note our league starts October 26, 2022, our time slot is 7:30 p.m. to 9:30 p.m., however for the first night we request you come early 6:30 p.m. to meet your team mates prior to going on the ice. We will gather in the meeting area located at the top of the stairs to the left. Anyone interested in assisting with the social committee please let me know.
Reminder for those that have not paid in full yet: your curling fees must be paid by Oct 11th, 2022 to avoid a surcharge of 10% for late fee.
Payments –
E- transfer- please send your payment to our accountant to teresa.z@inglewoodgolfclub.ca
In person payment – cash/check/debit/credit card.
Payment must accompany registration to be complete.
Please note – If you choose the credit card option to pay your curling fees in person there is a 3% convenience fee.

Your executive will be meeting on Oct 12 to create our teams. A list of teams, and schedule will be emailed prior to our first game, once everything has been finalized
For people that do not have all the equipment required – shoes, gripper, slider, broom please let me know we do have some at the curling rink but want to make sure we have enough to go around.
For those of you looking for equipment the Inglewood Pro Shop currently has a sale on a limited number of ladies curling shoes ($30.00), Curlers Corner at the Calgary Curling Club, Gold Line, Canadian Tire all have items you may need.
If you are wearing street shoes with good grips/runners they must be clean (ie: used only for curling).
Please have a look at your grippers and brooms to ensure they are in good shape and clean, please replace if necessary, this will keep our ice in better condition.

All leagues will be playing the 5 Rock Rule (to be explained later for those of you that don’t know what this is)
We currently need 4 more people to make 10 teams, if you know anyone interest please have them call me.
